I have been on every diet known to mankind but didn't have much success until I met Cheryl Z.  Cheryl taught me small, simple steps that actually worked!   I was finally able to lose the weight that I had been carrying around for years - thanks to her.  She provided me with a meal plan that was easy to follow and nutritionally sound.  I learned so much about food, breaking habits and lifestyle changes. At my last doctor's appointment, my cholesterol reading was 223.  I was shocked.  Sure, I needed to lose a few pounds, but I quickly realized that what I was eating was contributing more to that number than my weight.  I found Cheryl on the internet and decided that I needed to call her and get help.  She assessed my nutritional requirements and developed daily meal plans that matched my likes and busy schedule.  These plans were very doable.  I am happy to report that my cholesterol level has decreased significantly, to 185, and I do not need medication now!  Also, as a bonus to getting my eating on track, I lost those few pounds that I struggled with for years.  Thank you Cheryl!  See you next month for my check-in.
